Brochure Design Brief

Hi there

Please see attached files from a previous project that we now need amending as per all page notes below.

Can you please make the following amendments.

The size is to be 210cm x 210cm
The world watermark that you have on each page is upside down. Please amend on all pages.
Please check all photos and artwork on all pages to ensure it isn't pixelated.
Please don't put any of the titles in capitals. Can you just capitalise the first letter of each word in the title please.
Please also amend the font. We want a standard professional looking font, nothing too bold and it is to be the same size throughout the entire brochure. If this means some pages looking a little emptier, we will come back to you with changes but please don't fill the page by increasing the font size.
Photographs to be kept as they are in the previous design.
Each inside page is to have the artwork at the left hand side removed and it is to be replace with the globe as per our letterhead. Across the bottom we would like a narrow neat banner in grey with our contact info on it and a picture of our globe logo at the right hand side.

Front Page - Please see new uploaded document entitled front page. Please use this. Please add a banner across the bottom like you have added to the other pages, with the globe at the end of the banner. Can you please show us 2 options. One with just the banner at the bottom added and one with the artwork from the old version of the brochure added back in (again please check for pixelation).

Page 1 - We like it as per your most recent submission but please see attached file "letterhead". Can you add in the globe down the left hand side of the page the same as it is in the letterhead

Page 2 - add in globe to left. Change title of this page to "Home Automation" and then leave the rest of the page blank for now. We will update you with the contents for this at a later date.

Page 3 - add in globe

Page 4 - add in globe

Page 5 - This will be a "Tynetec Page" Please put in Tynetec title and leave rest of page blank for now

Page 6 - Same as Page 5. At the moment, please just add in the globe at the left, the world watermark and the bottom banner to pages 5 & 6

Page 7 and 8 - To be as before for the Commercial side. Add in the globe. Commercial information and the "CAD Design" to remain unchanged. Add in below "lighting and Power systems". This can be spread out over the 2 pages (7&8)

Automatic Fire Detection and Emergency Lighting

Title Testig and Maintemance

All fire systems must be regularly tested and maintenance is essential as it will prolong the life of a system and discover any faults that may occur. A system that is not maintained cannot be guaranteed to protect life and property. The only reliable and measurable means of ensuring that your existing fire detection and warning system remains compliant and fully functional is to instigate a plan of regular routine maintenance and testing carried out by a ‘competent’ person supplemented by weekly user tests.

It’s vital to keep your security and CCTV systems in good working order to reduce false alarms and to ensure that the alarm will be raised in the event of a break-in and that your CCTV is located and recording properly. A maintenance contract will ensure that your intruder alarm and CCTV is inspected and tested regularly and can often pre-empt issues with your alarm system which would otherwise require an emergency call-out.
