Sorry I am at a loss as to how you didn't notice that the image you provided was used blatantly by the designer? Someone else made that eagle logo so how could you think the designer made it? You paid $150 for someone to type Eagle One over the top of the image you provided. Did that not ring any alarm bells, especially when other designers created unique logos. I Would provide the link to the Eagle Eye Security in Tuscaloosa logo (which is exactly the image you provided) but no links are allowed here in the comments section, but will be easy to find if you type that in google search (images).

I notice that the designer noorshuvo is very quiet. If its any consolation he will very probably be banned from DesignCrowd as I have reported this issue to them, and they do not look kindly on potential copyright issues.
