Logo Design Brief

Need a logo design for a Non Profit here called INSPIRE.
It's about Colon Cancer Awareness.
The color is dark blue (see attached) and we don't want to use the popular ribbon logo. We have a strong culture here in American Samoa and we would like to incorporate some of the traditional motifs into the logo. The word "INSPIRE" should be in Caps below the design and the "American Samoa" under the INSPIRE.
