Logo Design Brief

Dual purpose logo for my fitness coaching business and my fitness facility (see examples attached).
I have made my own rough logos, but I would like to have them improved upon by a professional.
I am VERY open to different professional concepts.
Gender Neutral as I want to appeal to males and females
The existing logo I made is, perhaps, a little on the harsh side. I wouldn't mind seeing something a little softer and cleaner.
