Logo Design Brief

We need a modern design of logo for a business consulting firm. We provide the services in the areas of accounting, tax and advisory service. The logo should be professional and creative. The design should reflect the growth and value added.
The logo should not loss much definition when scaled down for letterheads, envelopes, and small promotional items. While blue/navy/gray are prefer, the other colors also welcome as long as it look professional and nice. The design style should suit the company professional services.
The font of the logo should be simple but professional and differentiate from the normal daily used fonts.
Please make sure the logo can be recognized from all angles/directions.
The logo must be look good in black and white, gray-scale, and two colors and both background (black and white).

Must have

• A logo icon and text that fit well in the different promotional materials.

Nice to have

• An icon logo should be conceptual the sense of business in accounting and business.
• Prefer the simple but unique design that attract friendly look. Design of logo icon is prefer to be in curve shape that reflect the flexibility. The font or text should be not too thin not too bold.
• I have attached the sample I drafted (but not really like it as they look not balance well) for sample.

Should not have

• Don't use colors: Pink, Yellow, Purple
• Don't use style: complicated, busy design, line cross the text itself
• Don't use picture: people or animal
