Logo Design Brief
Looking to launch a series of websites based on the name matamata, a derivative of the word mata-mata, which in Bahasa Indonesia traditionally translates as "spy", but has a modern connotation of "inteligencer". The websites will feature different topical content areas, including politics, music, film, and motors. The website needs a logo, which should include either the word matamata OR mm, as well as a graphical emblem to signify the matamata brand across the 4 different websites.
Target Market(s)
20-30 year old Indonesian consumers. Milennial consumers. Educated consumers looking for hard news but on a semi-playful website.

- The word matamata in it,OR mm, OR MM, with a graphical element. There will then eventually be four different subject areas attached to the logo across the four different websites (matamatapolitik, matamatamusic,matamatafilm, matamatamotor).
Nice to have
- Logo will be applied to websites, so must be compact enough and simple enough to be clear enough to see/read. Would be iteresting to see designs that potentially have a set of eyes. We thought the attached logo was pretty good -- posting this context to see if it can be improved.
Should not have
- Any religious symbolism.
