Logo Design Brief

We need a logo for a new company in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada called 'Video Armed Limited'. We do live video surveillance, alarm, and sensor monitoring. Basically car dealerships, construction sites, commercial businesses etc have camera systems and the motion (or other) alerts come into the station and a live operator verifies if further action is needed.

We want a logo that can work well in a circle or square suitable for a favicon or app icons as well as invoices etc.

We'd like something sleek, simple, and professional. Would prefer not to have guard dogs, handcuffs or other cliches of the security industry.
