Flyer Design Brief

The Big Blue House, Leiper's Fork TN The Big Blue House s an upscale vacation home in Leiper's Fork Tennessee. The goal is to brand this and add additional vacation homes in the future. This rack card will go in the local shops, it is a small upscale country town. My goad is to brand it as luxury and sophistication, yet comfy and family friendly with the best country living has to offer. The house is 7000', has a pond surrounded by 100 year old pine trees, great porch, view, etc. No need to include too many written details if the photos can tell the story. I uploaded a lot of pics, no need to use them all, just wanted to give options. If you need more I have more. I can also send some of local scenery/village if you think it would help. The photo I'd like on the front of the card is the view of the house and barn from the front yard, sort of a long shot view. Please feel free to color correct or fade as you wish, just do your thing! upscale vacation home renters. Guests currently include girls trips, wedding party families, family holidays, retreats, romantic weekends, and destination weekends for events in Franklin and Leipers Fork. Rental rates range from $350 (low season) to $750 (Christmas/Thanksgiving) per night. I don't want any rates on the card, just to let you know who the clientele is.

Nice to have

• I love seeing photos and ads that tell a story through photos. The "must have's" don't have to be in your face, they can be added in a photo box, anything. Be creative. I also like the photos to gel and be cohesive color wise so feel free to color correct to brighten or fade at your discretion. I can go either direction. The house has personality and I have a quirky decorating style, it's not a showpiece.

Should not have

• Overselling, I would like the pics and design to sell the house, not words.
