I think designcrowd has to monitor these types of briefs - reading through briefs like these really wastes precious time I could spend reading a serious brief or designing.

Sounds like you are lazy designer. I've put up a good bounty and have clearly stated what i'm looking for. If you don't want to work on it - it's probably the same reason you complain about your income.
