Logo Design Brief

We have 10 apartment near a Ochners Hospital in the county next to New Orleans, Louisiana and want to rent them to people coming in for extended stays while someone is in the hospital. We need a logo (not silly because our target customers are families of sick people). Hint a map of the Mississippi River with a zip code of 70121 is our area.

Target Market(s)

Families that want a short term furnished apartment very near the hospital a love one is in. We have one or 2 bedrooms with a kitchen and living room. Will be upscale living away from home without the long term lease.

Must have

• Calm soothing appeal. No silly designs. More executive upscale customers who want quality close to the hospital. Located .4 miles from hospital and 3 miles from uptown New Orleans and Tulane University. Doctors and Nurses are most welcome to rent also.

Nice to have

• There is an iconic river picture ov river road that relates to New Orleans, another posibility is to look up the property pictures and use the right side one story building that was build in the 50's without the stuff residents have on their patios. Just a couple of chairs on the patios

Should not have

• The name or picture of Ochners hospital
• Silly distorted pictures
• Rainbow colors.
