Logo Design Brief

We need a logo designed for a new company based in Sydney Australia called Education Exchange (EDEX). We offer a community and tool suite for teachers to exchange teaching resources and to plan lessons which comply with the Australia National Syllabus.

The logo should use the word EDEX but be flexible enough to 'Education Exchange' for some print media.

We have a couple of websites that we like the look of:

The key features we are looking for are:

Simple
Distinctive
Easy to use

The logo should look good online and in print, the colours are:

blue, orange, grey, white.

The market we are targeting are teachers who are generally not tech-savvy so a design that is approachble for this audience is important.

This logo will be implemented in a website, business cards, letterheads and potentially some print material such as brochures etc.
