Logo Design Brief

I need a logo design to use for my new twitter, facebook, podcast, and other social media accounts. My social media account will be my number one resource to search for passionate teachers that want to help me motivate other teachers. This ultimately will help educate our youth. I plan on creating a podcast interviewing the teachers. I can see myself doing some motivational speaking down the road and would like my face to be connected with the name "The motivated Teacher" - but my real name is "Michael Todd". I would like to see designs that are simple and to the point showing this logo relates to education. I do plan to have a website at some point as well so may upgrade another discussion we can have..I few of the podcast images I like are Dave Ramsey and Lewis Howell...I also really like the definition of a teacher image I attached...THANK YOU PLEASE HELP ME MOTIVATE TEACHERS that will MOTIVATE our YOUTH

Requirements

Must have

• The name: The motivated Teacher or at least 'Motivated Teacher" Use my Picture some how if you can hide the ugly would be awesome too... clearly be related to education. I would like it to look similar to the logo Dave Ramsey or Lewis Howe... use for their podcast and social media..which easy on the Eye..I also attached an Image of a definition of what a "teach-er" is I would like to see what it would look like if we put the definition of a "motivational Teach-er" We can come up with what that is similar to what is given in image I do not like the example though..

Nice to have

• It would be nice to have a picture of myself included I uploaded a photo.. If you think I should include my name somewhere...I would like it to read "Michael Todd"...I am really liking the dark logos with intia MT which works for both the motivated teacher and Michael Todd
• I have not seen anyone use my picture?? Is there a reason why??

Should not have

• to much stuff.. I want it to be very simple and not a lot of colors
