Logo Design Brief

looking for a logo design for a Vancouver BC Canada Auto Body Shop. We have a long history in the industry, we have just changed locations and are looking for a nice face lift.

Along with the design, it would be awesome if you could create us a face book and google plus banner for our business page

I would like to have our theme dark grey and a blue, if i like the logo and the colors could be switched out we can make some revisions.
