Poster Design Brief

I am looking for a poster that I can hang (long term) in a hospital or other clinic (cancer clinic, physiotherapy clinic). The poster should convey that Pilates is the best way to get back into movement after surgery/radiation/chemotherapy. Pilates will keep you moving efficiently, prevent imbalances, improve blood flow to name a few.
