If you look at the uploaded picture you will get a better idea of what I want. What I want can be considered a flyer or a card. Its just a technicality. The size and shape of what I want i guess can be compared to a club flyer.

And what about the other text except the main contact information of this flyer?? May I take those text from the flyer which you have uploaded??
