We have some great designs coming in - thanks everyone!


Just to help you with your designs :

1. We would like a more vibrant, energetic color palette (than the one on our current site)
2. It is okay (even recommended) to change the fonts and icons
3. Our spider mascot is currently being redesigned by our artist - so it will be modified to fit the style and colors of the winning design. Please use the current spider image as a placeholder
4. We want the design to be visually interesting and engaging - we don't want it to look like just another cookie-cutter webage.
5. The homepage will need to have at least 400 words of text on it for SEO reasons, so please try and work it in elegantly (jquery etc can be used for some of the display as long as the text is itself plain html crawlable by google).

The website is based on wordpress. The winning designer will be given the option to implement their design - Although it is okay to just do the design only.

We use a wordpress theme called Pagelines Pro (see the documentation: http://www.pagelines.com/wiki/index.php?title=Main_Page). It is a development theme that is very customisable so most of the development will just be playing around with the css.
