Logo Design Brief

I need a logo designed for cloud based SAAS legal practice management software. The company name is XRMLaw. I prefer a design that is simple and has the name XRMLaw. It could be upper, lower, or mixed case. The color schemes should be one dark and one light color. So, maybe grey and orange, or blue and red, but strong colors. There is a very simple sample attached. Your logo doesn't have to match that, but just wanted you to have an idea what I am thinking.
