Web Design Brief

we need a website for our Company based in Costa del sol, Spain. We sell properties on the spanish coast that is called costa del sol. We are concentrating on exclusive properties and would like the webdesign to show this. In our website we want to have area descriptions of the different areas we sell our Products. We will also implement a searchable database delivered by a third part where all properties for sale in Spain are listed. When looking into the designs we would like our main page to have a overview of the coast where the different areas are shown. Have a look at perfectmarbella.com or yourviva.com to see. The webpage will be presented in 4 languages, English, spanish, Swedish and norwegian, and shall of course also be prepared for social medias. We want an easy Contemporary design but still with an exclusive feeling!
