Business Card Design Brief

We need a logo design for our family dairy. Included on the cards should be my name/my husbands name/the dairy name/ all the phone numbers/address and email. The name is Blind Cow Dairy, LLC. We would like to use our farm mascot pic on the card. We know the pictures I sent you are of a beef cow but she is the mascot of the farm. We were thinking that maybe put a picture of her head in the middle of the card with a "B" on one side and a "D" on the other side with a "C" around the picture of the cow. But we are open to any ideas. We are looking for something kind of professional and a design that that can be used on cards, clothing and a car sign. Black lettering and blue for the other color...or what looks good.
