Wordpress Design Brief

We currently have a website, jjscaffe.com, but would like to redesign it. We are a casual upscale restaurant specializing in breakfast and lunch. We are one of the top rated restaurants in all of New England and would like our site to look like it as well. We'd love to have a blog/news section that will be updated weekly or so, as well as an email capture feature on the page.

The site will mostly be static, with lots of pictures (I'll take them and provide). The only part of the site that will get updated regularly is the blog and/or news (could be the same page).
