Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a new student accommodation based in Australia. we have pick the name now: STUDENT SPACES AUSTRALIA!
Our service is to provide the international student with accommodation when they arrive in Australia, also to provide accommodation to the student that are in Australia currently looking to move out.
We like designs with green, purple, pink or orange. As this company is owned by two women we would like to show those colours. we don't want to see dark colours.
We want to communicate clean units, brand new appliances and prime service.
But we don't want to see too much pink!
