Hello project owner , it is an interesting project but like everyone mentioned, the budget is too low, However ,"commited to pay" means that do you agree to increase the budget? If that so,
First question, you have the tea bags? if yes, what is the size? Standard tea bags are 4cm wide, is that a standard one?
Second, have you think about dimensions of the characters? In fact there are different kind of tea cups, it would be very nice of you at least giving approximate radius of the cup that will be used,. Thank you, and good luck.
