Letterhead Design Brief

I would like to inquire, if you could help me to create a letterhead, mostly for electronic use. Preferably in word file, with fixed letterhead design (header and footer), but will allow to add text on the main body of the letter. I usually operate online and would like to be able to add text, convert it to PDF and send as an attachment.
