Flyer Design Brief

I need a flyer to compete with large international suppliers like Initial Hygiene who dominate the washroom services market here in New Zealand. Washroom services include supply and replenishment of air fresheners, soaps, sanitisers, hand towels, toilet paper and sanitary disposal units.
Looking at A4 brochure folded to DLE size (ie in 3) recommendations please if another orientation/size would be better.

Businesses with multiple washrooms in one site such as office blocks/towers, municiple buildings, restaurants, gyms.
