I am interested in working on this job. Just wanted to clarify a few things..
1) The first 2 files attached mention the size of the banner and backwall. I guess the third file is for desk wrap but the measurements are not mentioned in it. Please confirm the measurements of all the three items
2) I understand the requirement is to create a banner/desk wrap with cloud background, a logo and the features given in the word doc. Please confirm which item (banner / deskwrap/etc) has to contain which contents so that it will be easier for designing.

1)Correct the 32d is for the deskwrap. It has Print Size: 1809(W) x 807(H)mm. All important text & graphics to be placed within the safe area 792(W) x 795(H)mm. What is it I actual need to ask the printing company ?
2)Two separate Banners with Content from Word Doc. Background can be a combination of the banners laid out in a professional manner. Does this help ?

There are 3 files attached:
File 1: 3x3Straigth2220Height Thursday, 08 September 2016 03:14:21 - I guess this is for banner, please confirm.
File 2: WallSkirt Thursday, 08 September 2016 03:14:22 - As per your response, this is for desk wrap
File 3: RBP850 Thursday, 08 September 2016 03:14:23 - This file has no measurements inside it.

The files with sizes has mentioned dimensions of print size and safe area. I guess we can design for print size itself. Kindly confirm the same with the printers. Also, kindly confirm the mapping of file names to items with the printers.

I am asking repeated questions to be clear and provide the best possible service.

Hi,
for the pullup banners you have supplied the pdf with all there pullups, are you wanting the 840mm x 2100mm one as stated originally?
Also are my submissions on the right tract? or are you wanting something different?
