Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a new coffee shop and kitchen based in Townsville, Australia called "Kell's Kitchen and Brew Bar"
The premise is tasty, healthy food covering (but not limited to) raw, vegan, low gluten and normal 'tuckshop' type takeaway with a healthy twist. We use locally roasted coffee for espresso and have a unique brew area for specialty coffee and tea experiences.

We would like to see designs that look good in Emerald and Black but can look just as awesome in black. The take initially was on a spiritual, cauldron, Hell's Kitchen type look but need it very subtle if included so as to not scare too many people away. The final design should communicate healthy food and good brew's (and some sort of sacred geometry would be a bonus!).
