Logo Design Brief

Provenator Ltd is a UK based property investment company. We invest in rental properties in the UK, both residential and commercial . "Pro" indicates forward leaning and progressive/ambitious. "Venator" means "hunter" in latin; e.g. we are hunting for the best projects. We do not, however, want to come across as too aggressive, but rather being a problem solver for residential tenants and business partners by supplying good housing. No specific color preferences, but name should be fairly easy to read and preferrably logo should have a subtle association with properties/houses/buildings/skyline.
