Budget Tax Solutions was formed in 2005 and incorporated in 2009. We offer a variety of products and services from personal and business tax preparation, payroll with direct deposit, bookkeeping and other accounting functions, as well as QuickBooks setup and management.The theme for this brochure will be offering our new service targeted to the professional small business owner or small to medium sized non-profit. This is an all-inclusive package which includes (but isn't limited to): 1) Subscription to QuickBooks Online Plus, 2) Full payroll with direct deposit for ALL employees/contractors, 3) Accounts Payable, 4) Accounts Receivable, 5) Tax return preparation, 6) Secure internet portal for document transfer, 7) Initial Budget Planning & guidance, 7) Monthly (or other regular interval) financial reports.For Non-Profits or Churches.... we also are highly experienced in fund accounting to properly track temporarily and permanently restricted funds.The products for this package can be purchased individually, but savings is greater for the all-inclusive package. ONE REQUIREMENT for this package is that the bank your business uses MUST have a web banking interface.Business is also responsible for coding expenses to the proper General Ledger account and providing us with electronic scans (PDF preferred, but JPEG acceptable) of all documents that are relevant to financial reporting.Budget Tax Solutions is more than just taxes. My initial goal is to utilize this service to target churches will small (between $80 & $120K) budgets that can't afford a full-time staff accountant AND don't want to tax a member of the board of directors (or the pastor) to doing all of the financial tracking work.

We at Budget Tax Solutions believe firmly in the authority of scripture, the deity of Jesus Christ and His death and resurrection. We strive to operate our business in a manner that would be pleasing to Him. Anyone seeking Budget Tax Solutions' services accepts this and will be rejected as a client if they are looking for a dishonest accountant."
• Use color scheme that is similar or complementary to the colors of the logo which is uploaded.

Nice to have

• Stock photos of busy individual (maybe on front) with a question of "are you frustrated with your business finances"... the pic may be of someone that is pulling out their hair or something similar.
• Other stock photos are a possibility that show confident professional working with business owners and assuring them that they don't have to worry anymore.
• If you can incorporate the Icthus (aka Jesus Fish) into the design whether overtly or subtly that will score you points, but it is not required.
• It would also be nice to have a reference to the following facts...
• + Budget Tax Solutions has significant experience in non-profit and religious institution accounting. BTS has been in business for more than 10 years and 90% of that time we have had church and other non-profit clients.
• + We also understand the complexities of pastoral pay which can be a significant benefit to some churches who don't have that experience on staff and have hired a relatively new pastor.

Should not have

• No sensationalism... I don't want to sound like a used car salesman and try to convince people that I have the best thing since sliced bread.
