Logo Design Brief

We want a truly creative and fresh design for a restaurant/bar that we are rebranding under the name: "Burgers on Broadway" which is based in London, UK.
Our menu will be American styled with burger varieties, hot dogs, fries, milk shakes etc and later at night we will have a bar atmosphere. So the design must reflect our status as day time business fit for families and a little night time edginess.
We will welcome designs using black, blue, red and white colours (all or just one or two - that is your choice) and we are open to the idea of there being a star symbol (with or without streaks) which could emphasise the BURGER being the star on our Broadway. We also like the bison as an emblem. Perhaps both or perhaps neither... As we have said we want something creative and unique, but not too edgy!
We have already pre-selected some fonts that we believe suit the concept (Buffalo Nickel, Broadway, Hamburger Heaven, Orion Radio) but we are flexible on these.

The image we are seeking will reflect our core demographic which is sophisticated, modern and international with a little hipster...
