Casa Unique is a company based in Sao Paulo (Brazil) focused in renovations of high end real estate.
1) upscale/high end properties;
2) architecture/ design/ artistic aproach;
3) IMPORTANT: we only renovate properties that we buy (we don't do renovations for someone that has a property and wants do renovate). Our model is: buy, renovate and sell. We are not a construction company.
