This is an interesting project for me, since I am an architecture student and drawing beautiful plans is something I am good at.
However, due to the fact that payment is not guaranteed for this project, I am skeptical whether to work on this project or not. Please, if you want quality submissions, please guarantee payment for this project and you will surely get what you asked for.
And one more question - do you want a fixed dimension for the plans size (i.e. A2 paper size - 420 x 594mm) or do you want vector graphics that can be scaled to any size, be it A4 paper size or A0, for example?

This is a very interesting project. I'm on it !
It would be very helpful if you could make a list of the text you want on the image as it's not so clear on the scan.
Just to make sure I get it right, on the page with the scan and the 3 line drawings, you want all of them colorized as in the examples you attached right ?
