Banner Ad Design Brief

We need a banner logo for our next Dental Conference in 2017. Our theme is 'Challenging the Status Quo'.
It must have the words '20 years of oral health therapy in Victoria' and the conference date and venue:
7-8th April 2017
Peppers The Sands Resort, Torquay, Victoria.
It must also feature our association logo as attached.
Please be creative, however, we would like a 'clean' design, not cluttered.
The design is intended for use in the conference program and website.
