Logo Design Brief

I have an existing logo that I have lost the original files for; I need jpg and gif versions in various sizes as well as a vector graphic form. This must also be formated to work on my invoices 325 pixels wide by 110 pixels high and also saved as a jpg and gif in that size.
I have another logo that I use with a company I provide services for that must be formated for the same invoice size

• I do not want redesign of basic logos, I like these designs, but lost files for Zettlemoyer logo and need them recreated or updated and the contact info must be added for both logos and put in proper invoice size.
