Logo Design Brief

Need to create a new logo for an all natural chicory root sweetener and fiber supplement. Will be sold in stores like trader joes and whole foods. We'd like to have the logo have a sort of "hipster" style feel to it. We are open to creative ideas and suggestions. We want to appeal to people who shop at whole foods and buy high end supplements and alternatives to traditional ingredients.
