Web Design Brief

We need to a website for a contact center that provides answering services by voice and chat.

A similar website in terms of design is the following site:
http://www.globalmessaging.net/

The colors and look and feel should be different and creative but the structure should be similar to the above mentioned website.

Attached is the text file.

The design should communicate professionalism and friendly customer service oriented company. The visitor to the site must have a feel that "this company looks professional and they will take care of my client."

I am looking for design only, but if the designer will also do the coding, it will be an advantage.

Requirements

Nice to have

• Since the company is based in Dubai, the website should reflect the Middle East people not pure European or pure Asians. A mixture of nationalities is fine to be visible in the pictures but it must include at least an arab or middle eastern person.

Should not have

• No old style, Times Roman font, do not include illustrations or cartoon graphics or pictures that are very common or widely used.
