Logo Design Brief

We need to update our logo, which we had made 14 years ago for our dental practice. We are now moving and want to retain something recognisable from the old logo, but it no longer reflect the type of work we do. We have moved into high end cosmetic and implant treatments.
We would like something a bit more modern and upmarket that communicates quality of care.
Our original design had red. We like this because it is unusual among dentists, however the hue and use need to not bring blood to peoples mind!
We do not want any teeth in the logo!
