Logo Design Brief
Aberdeen Heights will be a new land development in a semi-rural area. So we are selling a 'lifestyle' - we want people to buy land at Aberdeen Heights and build their dream home.
Aberdeen Heights is surrounded by nature, very green and lush, and close to a historic town with a lot of character. I have included some logos of other land developments that we sell. Sophisticated patterns and colours will be looked upon favorably.
I like the idea of a stamp - of the text or the motif having some texture, like a stamp might. You might also like to work with a bird (being close to nature) or leaves (but only if very sophisticated). This is a high end product and the colours and style must reflect that.
This logo will be used across websites, social media, an expensive brochure, signage etc. Please think about how the logo can be rolled out across all mediums when you are designing.
Aberdeen Heights should be the hero text and 'at Strathalbyn' can sit underneath.

Target Market(s)
Our demographic is mostly couples, with or without children, between the ages of 25-49. Females are predominantly the decision makers when purchasing land, so the logo needs to be female-skewed.
