Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a new business called 'Tenant Talk'
We are experienced commercial property advisers who 'talk' to commercial tenants ( retail, office, industrial ) in order to help them intelligently navigate through the tricky field of commercial leasing and property management.

We use a relaxed, casual approach. Sit down and have a chat over a cuppa. Relaxed, professional. No sharp suits or fancy cars. Real people helping real Tenants.
We focus on small-medium sized businesses who form the basis of our local communities.
We wish to be seen as trustworthy, reliable, friendly. We work at creating ongoing, long-term relationships.

Theme / style - was thinking rustic, traditional craftsmanship, tailor-made feel. Old fashion values in a fast-paced modern world. Browns, gunmetal gray type. See attached Word doc with sample website / logo types and themes we are considering.

Looking to include 'Talking' and 'Commercial Tenant / traditional shop' into logo, or combining T and T letters for Tenant Talk etc. Need to clearly differentiate this from 'residential' tenants.
The logo could be in the form of a stamp, or branding iron type? Open to creative suggestions.
