Logo Design Brief

We need a new logo design for our business 'Easy HSE', as we are entering an exciting growth phase. We offer a range of consultancy services to government and private enterprises, primarily in the areas of safety and environmental compliance, auditing, training and policy/procedure development. Ultimately we need something that is elegant yet very simplistic, conveying the way in which we simplify complex and often confusing legal requirements. It would be great if our logo and tag line were laid out in such a way that the logo could still be used independently.
