Logo Design Brief
We are looking to get a logo that is reflecting the good ole world with a kinky twist. Roof tops with the silluette a cat on it like the chat noir. We are keen to create an icon with it that can stand by itself. A community feeling, hence the name Colony. Be creative and blow us away. Font we like is Chopin.

We decided to eliminate "Realty" from the logo. A red banner background is preferred to make it strong. Added Thursday, July 7, 2016

Must have
- Make it exciting and fun with a cat on a roof. Warm feeling, elegancy, simplicity, ole world charm with a modern twist. Red! Tomato red! Like a diners look....red and silver maybe? Chrome and red with a small highlight in a light strong blue, ice blue or ice green maybe? I leave it to your imagination. An icon that stands without the words if needed. Make it look 3 dimensional rather than flat. Dropshaddow? Have it in a banner design with the icon next to it rather than on top.
