Wordpress Design Brief
Looking for a home page website design for a client. We develop using the WordPress platform and would prefer the design be at least loosely based on an existing WordPress template. Attached files have many notes from our creative brief with client. The site must be responsive. Approved, basic wireframe attached. There is room for interpretation.

Amend that- creative use of stock images, however, is fine. A few designs have used stock imagery, but in a well-considered manner.

We added some photos and graphics that are local. We are Dallas / Ft. Worth, Plano, Frisco, Texas. We also added some examples of photos to use for the "In the Community" area. Stock photos of business folks just doesn't fit there. Thanks!

Target Market(s)
They service a lot of builders, but also work with homeowners. Their typical client is usually a woman searching for mortgage services online. She typically has a family and may refer her husband to Angela's team. Keep in mind, however, they also see a number of other scenarios. Most of their clients are middle to high-end borrowers.

Must have
- Design should be developed using program such as Photoshop or Fireworks or Illustrator as last preference. Ideally, the design would be based on an existing responsive WordPress theme, which we would customize. You must include the name of the target theme. The footer should include lots of space for disclaimers and legal language. Site navigation should include these choices: "Home, About, Builders, Mortgage Info, Approval, Blog, Contact"
Nice to have
- Blog, social media and photos area. Use of the already approved style prototype with colors and fonts (Lato- a Google font, Times New Roman and Cookie-a decorative Google font). However, we are open to interpretation.
Should not have
- Hard to read fonts or a lack of white space.
