Web Design Brief

We are wanting a new website for a company based in Sydney, Australia.

The company is named Tiagra Investments.

Tiagra Investments is an investment banking, securities and investment management firm that provides a wide range of financial services to diverse client base; including corporations, financial institutions, governments and high-net-worth individuals.

The business is divided into four key business units:

1. Investment Banking
2. Client Services
3. Investment and Lending
4. Investment Management

I would like the website to be similar to this design: http://australianprogress.org.au/

The website will be only one page - a Home Page.

HOME PAGE

The home page will have five full screen images (similar to the Centre for Australian Progress webpage). The images should feed into one another when you scroll down the page.

Each section of the home page will be differentiated by full image backgrounds and a white dotted line should run down the length of the homepage. This line should have "scroll down" and "scroll up" at the bottom and top respectively.

The images should be filtered with a "white foggy grainy" look, similar to the Centre for Australian Progress webpage.

SECTION 1 - Quote

I would like to have a white banner across the top of the Home Page screen with four links in black text: (1) What (2) Why (3) Who (4) Contact. I would like the Tiagra Investments Logo to be in the top right hand corner.

I would like the first section of the homepage to be a full screen image of a cityscape with the text:

"innovative strategies for investment management, investment banking and institutional client services"

I would like the text to be in all lowercase, centred, and presented in black text, with a black line framing the top and bottom.

SECTION 2 - What

Section two should be a a full screen image of a commercial construction site with the text:

"tiagra investments is dedicated to providing investment banking, securities and investment management advice to individuals and businesses"

I would like the text to be in all lowercase, centred, and presented in black text, with a black line framing the top and bottom.

Underneath the quote, in a smaller text size, I would like the text:

"the business is divided into four key business units: investment banking, investment management, client services and corporate lending"

SECTION 3 - Why

Section three should be a full screen image of a shipping dock with the text:

"solid financial strategies are a part of future planning. we provide assistance across all major asset classes to a diverse set of institutional and individual clients"

I would like the text to be in all lowercase, centred, and presented in black text, with a black line framing the top and bottom.

SECTION 4 - Who

Section four should be a full screen image of a mining site with the text:

"we are a collaborative effort of financial professionals who are dedicated to cultivating and sustaining a diverse work environment and workforce"

Underneath the quote in a smaller text size I would like the text:

"we are led by a team of staff based in Sydney and Perth, and governed by a board of pre-eminent commercial thought leaders"

SECTION 5 - Contact

Section five should be a desert landscape image, and should be embedded with an editable online submission form. The form should be a grey and white colour scheme and should contain three text areas (name, email and message).
