Logo Design Brief

We need a logo for a new business. "Oktoberfest on Wheels" is a mobile food truck that will provide traditional authentic German food all over New Zealand! We would like to have the attached idea incorporated together with the German Flag OR colours and the name. (Our Logo idea attached is a Sausage wearing a traditional German hat with a tuft of chamois hair).The sausage doesn't have to have colour though. No Bavarian colours please!
Open to all fonts - should be easily recognisable
