Logo Design Brief

We need a logo for our Law Enforcement Unit. We're looking for a design that incorporates our designator: V25, our mascot: the Trojan Horse, and our saying: Victoriam Dolo Partam. We'd like some flames in the background (symbolizing the burning of Troy). We would like for the mascot to be recognizable as a Trojan Horse as opposed to just a horse. We attached a photo of a replica trojan horse only because we like that there's a recognizable patchwork of wood on the horse in that picture. We'd like a simple color scheme: red, black, greys, and maybe some white. We don't want the flames to be orange. We'd like something that is bold and strong and would translate well into a military style patch.
