In the brief invitation, I noticed there was a section that said to ask for more details before bidding. I actually had a question to ask about the project too. Now I see that the files are also included with the brief, and within the brief I also see that you want the label built from scratch, but with the same nutritional facts, bar code, etc. I just hope to clarify, but are you wanting everything in the same position (as far as the text goes) and do you just want the color as well as the graphics changed? I see you want the label to display the Mocha/Coffee flavor, so I was wondering if you just wanted the label similar to the orange or mint flavor, but the only difference would be the coffee theme? Please let me know as soon as you can.

P.S. Is the deadline the same if I take the invitation versus the posting. Just curious. I still plan to get it as quick as I can to you. I was just wondering so I can see how much time I would have to come back and double-check the adjustments for accuracy.

Thank you for going through the attached files and project in detail. To reply to your points:
1) Yes - Label to be built from scratch.
2) No - Everything need not be in same position. We just want to indicate that we will need to add similar matter for this label and will require to occupy that much space. We need to put barcode / nutritional information / customer care matter etc. Position may be as per your design.
3) Color / graphics everything to be changed. New Logo for ALRT Mints.
4) Layout and style as per your design. Labels attached are just for SIZE / Keyline reference. Also it gives you idea for other matter which needs to be incorporated. It is a completely new design. No similarity to Glucorade label.
5) Deadline can be extended if you require same. Please let me know by how many days you want this to be extended. I am really looking forward to your designs as it looks like you have spent some time on really understanding the requirement.

I am not exactly sure how long I will require yet, but I will let you know as soon as I can. Also, is there a slogan you would like added? As for the product name, I just want to be certain, is spelled "ALRT Mints" without "e"? Also, for the ALRT Mints, do you still want the little tabs on the label like the one in the file with new graphics? Or do you just want a basic rectangle of the same size with the brand new graphics?

1) ALRT MINTs - Yes the spelling is correct. In line with the trend of RAZR , PEBL etc
2) New Graphics - Yes
3) Little Tabs - Preferably yes - representing the product. The Tabs will be light brown in color with dark brown spots (instead of white with blue spots as in current label).
4) We will keep the deadline as July 12th. Based on specific requests if any to extend we will take a call. Hope the same is ok.
