Logo Design Brief

Need a new logo for our newly established firm. Was with a previous firm for over 20+ years and recently left. We are currently using a variation of the old firm's logo and don't particularly like it and need to create a new one to distinguish us from the old firm. Our clients/prospects are typically 50+ and work for ExxonMobil in some type of mid-upper management position. Our old logo was grey and blue and going forward we would probably consider using some other color combination.

I am not sure what else needs to be added and it doesn't appear that this form will let me continue until I type in a total of 300 words into this box so hopefully adding these additional comments will allow me to hit the continue button and move to the next screen.
