Flyer Design Brief

I need a trifold brochure for an educational consulting company called Welda Consults which uses a one-room schoolhouse logo. I want it to be colorful and communicate a company that is solid and trustworthy, plus concerned with kids' learning. I want the picture of the people around the white table to be in the center of the front page, above the quote. Want all wording to be clear and stand out; my draft is just representative of placement, not font or sizing. The final design should be quick for people to read for the main points and very attractive to educational decision makers.

The design should be clean and crisp. It is important to me that the words in red stand out, that all pictures stand out, and that the text for Our Philosophy is larger. (I had difficulty with getting font sizes to work in the template I used.) The front cover with my logo large needs to have the picture with the people around the white table.
