T-shirt Design Brief

We are in need of an Event T-Shirt for the Cheer America and Freedom Dance New Orleans Holiday National Championship. I have attached the two logos that must be included in the design. This is a "Christmas" Holiday Shirt, so please use "holiday" colors. Please use only three colors of your choice. We will be printing on a white T-shirt. I have attached the New Orleans Skyline if the designer chooses to use it. I have also attached some fleur-de-lis if the designer chooses to use them in the design.
