T-shirt Design Brief

I am looking for a design for a cheer and dance event that will be held in Austin, Texas. The shirt will be a white T-shirt with burnt orange and black ink colors (University of Texas Colors) or a burnt orange shirt with white, grey and black (see attached shirt for colors). The Shirt will need the Cheer America Logo and the Freedom Dance Logo. I have attached some Austin Skyline images if you would like to use this in the design. I have also attached our logos (which the designer can change the colors in the logos). The shirt needs to have the following text...

2016 Capitol Cup National Champion
