Logo Design Brief

We need our current COC Community of Care icon to be redesigned and expanded to a logo or symbol and wordmark suitable for high res marketing, web and grayscale uses.

Community Care Home Health is a home care agency providing care to the elderly and disabled under the branding Community of Care. Home Care is provided within a community of clients who live nearby to each other. Most clients never know about each other. Caregivers may see upwards of a dozen clients in a normal day providing care that is often intimate, emotional and very personal in nature. Many of them see the same clients but never meet each other during the day to day. This strange dance of isolation is how connection happens in home support. One-on-one, many times a day, every day, all day. We aim to support the emotional challenges of our industry with direct, pragmatic solutions based on data and human outcomes. We provide regular gathering for caregivers to come together and feel connected and more opportunities for direct caregiver to family communication.

• Upscale but relaxed with a twist, contrast between smooth shapes and sharp lines
• Flexible color palette which can be translated for web design on co-care.ca (Yes, there is probably other web design work available)
• Flat design
